Ok I have just turned on the game after the update. It must have updated earlier when my spouse was playing. I know I have the update as all my skills are reset. However I cannot make an Imperial character. The crown store wants me to pay for the Imperial Upgrade and/or Imperial City. I have an active ESO + account. What gives?! I have been looking forward to making an Imperial character since I got the game.

Spliffo✭✭✭✭The update doesn't give you the imperial race you will have to purchase that separate if you want it and if you are a plus member you already have access to the city even tho you still se it as purchasable, this is because with eso plus you are only renting dlc access and will have to buy it if your subscription drops0
