Ability Bar Not Working

just got on after the update on xbox one and my ability bar isn't showing up and am not able to use any of my abilities I have logged out and back in also restarted game and system and nothing works

Everyone was given a skill respec so if you havent invested your skill points, you wouldn't have any abilities on your bar.

No problem. Make sure you read over the patch notes, or at least the tooltips.. As some races had their passives changes, and skills have changed as well. That's why they did that.. Because a lot of skills changed
