need help to coldharbour

I am level 44, I have done all mage guild and fighters guild quest. I have also done Main Story all up to 5.5 and I am not sure where to level or how to get to coldharbour or get las . MAIN QUEST to pop. I haven't done too many missions in Reapers March either, only a few because all quests are green for me now.

Any tips as to what I am missing? Thank you.

i play all my alt in the pact, and there is a proper quest to meet all the kings aliiance; i don't know where start in aldmeri, but check your journal first

You should ge getting an quest to meet with all alliance leaders right after you finish the fifth and final alliance map quest line (Reaper's March / Bangkorai / The Rift). Some get there at 44, some get there at 42, some get there at 47... doesn't really matter all that much.

And the final main quest only pops after you finish the coldharbour questline and stop the planemeld.

As for quests - if they are green, do them, if they are yellow, do them carefully, if they are orange, maaaybe wait a bit and earn some expees elsewhere, unless you feel lucky or capable.

if you have done ALL the quests, not just the main story, you would be at least V1, there's an addon you can get that shows you where you have missed quests

You NEED to do Reapers March quests specifically the ones to do with the Lunar Champions on completing them you will unlock 'Messages across Tamriel' which is the quest that gets you to Coldharbour,

This is a list of Reaper's quests, if you work it back from Messages across Tamriel(near the bottom of the list) you should be able to just do the ones you need........

If you have truly done whole mages guild and fighters guild questline (got access to that portal to some mages guild island and portal to earths forge) then upon completing your alliance main quest storline AND most important completing whole prophet storyline you should be given a quest "Messages Across Tamriel"

This quest will open you a way to Coldharbour questline and to finish whole storyline

yes!!! if you have this quest active, google where you must meet with Vanus (sometimes the wuest marker disappear); in the pact is at the mages guild in mournhold, deeshan.

you don't have to complete all reaper march quests, just the ones given by the kings, at least this is for the ebonheart.

There are two (quest-based) ways to get to Coldharbour:

The first is to complete the storyline in Reaper's March, as mentioned above. After you complete the last quest, you will get the quest Messages Across Tamriel which leads to Coldharbour.
Alternatively, you need to complete the main quest up to 5.5, and then reach Level 45. Messages Across Tamriel will start when you enter a major city after reaching Level 45, regardless of whether you have finished the Reaper's March storyline.

Since you said you have just hit Level 45, the quest should appear the next time you go to Rawl'kha.

One quest chain leads to another. When you've done the previous quests (as plainly outlined above), you get the "Messages Across Tamriel" quest

Leave and enter by the gate any major city in your Alliance Zones and you should see the quest giver if you have gone far enough in the Main Quest. Wayshrines don't cut it for this usually. One way is to walk out of the gate, log off, then log back on again and walk into the City.

Or, stop making it hard on yourself and group up with someone in your alliance who can get to Coldharbor, and port to them when they are up there. Or, even easier, find a guildmate that is in your Alliance who is up there and port to them from your list of guild mates. Or your Friends in your Friends list. You can get to Coldharbor at L3 this way.

Or you can check your journal for missed content and skyshards. I didn't enter coldharbor until v1 and I still had other quest to do besides that.
