that's not gonna fix much of anything. there is little motivation to PvP in Cyrodiil right now, that is the issue.
1. Emp is hard to get... but they've taken the former emp buffs off. so it's really not worth the time and effort.
2. with Buffs no longer applying outside of Cyrodiil people aren't caring as much about what is happening in cyrodiil unless they are planning to go to IC. I'm in that same boat, 1.6 i was always interested in what was happening in Cyrodiil. Now, not so much.

I dont know what the ep queue for azuras star is but ep could need some support in cyrodiil here. ✭ZOS also need to add the PvP quests to the Imperial City. Killing 20 enemy players, having to go back to home base, map is 1 color of enemy alliance and you have to ride all the way back to the sewers.

✭✭Completely agree. First, I was super disapointed when I went in the sewers through the EP side and discovered that I had been ported to the DC safe zone. And even better, if you want to go out of IC to defend a keep, your only option is to get back to home base in Cyro
As for districts contributing to the global score, that wouldn't work because it's a DLC and people who didn't buy it would be at a disadvantage. There should be a local score just for IC though, that would encourage PvP in there.

As long as you can continue making 4K stones(50K gold), 50 crafting mats (25-30K gold), 2 CPs, and 20-30 trophies(5-150K gold) an hour while grinding (plus AP and bonus stones from open world PvP) why would you go up top and lose gold to gain AP doing PvDoor or PvZerg?

Well, we casually dethroned Magica de Hex in one of those campaigns, but nobody really showed up to try and stop us. And it was at prime time.

Or if you need stones and aren't EP, just bring yourself and a couple of buddies on over to Chillrend. FENGRUSH, Essa and I banked over 50K stones in a couple hours of soliciting EP for "Donations" last night. Some amazing small scale PvP and a lot of fun to boot.
