Hello all. I've been having trouble loading characters and zoning for the past week and a half or so. When it comes to loading in, the game would stick on the, "Requesting character load...", box and then kick me back to the login screen. Disabling addons helps, and thus I was told they were the problem by support. However, the tolerance for addons seems to vary widely depending on where I am trying to load into. For instance, Khenarthi's Roost was impossible to load unless they were all off.

I'm having similar issues loading between zones. The load will stick and either kick me back to the login screen, or the game will crash completely and kick me to my desktop.

I submitted a ticket, but due to the possibility of addons being a problem was simply directed to how to manage them. I understand that approach, but given the implications of larger issues with the game, and the presence of those issues (FPS reduction, lag, etc.), I wish it was handled more thoroughly.
