Alliance War Campaign Rewards Question

So I'm trying to figure out what rewards that I'll get once the current Azura's Star campaign ends. I read that the top 2% of players in each alliance get legendary items, and I'm trying to figure out if I will qualify assuming that I stay at least where I am now, or if I need to step up my participation.

I'm 400 on the AD Azura's star leaderboard, but I can't tell how many people are on the leaderboard total, so I don't know if I'm in the top 2% (I guess there would have to be 20k people on that leaderboard for me to be in the top 2%.) Can anyone advise me on where I would have to be to guarantee legendary rewards?

I've already asked this question on my guild forums, and was told that last campaign one had to be in approximately the top 20~30 people, but things may have changed due to the Imperial City update. I figured I'd repost here, just to be sure.

On xbox one EU AD you have to be around the top 100-120 to be in the top 2%. Last campaign in Azura's Star I was 96 and got the legendary reward.

To find out the current numbers we (my guild) normally have someone log an alt into the campaign and use one repair kit on a wall.

You'll be pretty far back in the rankings as most players will have more than the 20 something AP you have and you can take 2% of your rank for the rankings.

If you have enough friends/guildies/alts you can keep doing this to push the margin wider. This isn't something we have ever taken the time to test however, but in theory it should work.

To make more AP make sure you're rolling quests for keeps and resources you're capturing.

To get a specific quest have two (or more) people go to a board, both take the quests, both abandon, the board will cycle to the next quest after two of the same are taken. You need to make sure you both take it before you abandon however.
This works for all mission boards and the scroll NPC.

Additionally go back to any keeps you capture about an hour later when the walls have upgraded and no longer have their full HP, repair them all for more AP on the rankings (this costs more than it makes and is just for pushing rankings)

You best AP/Hour though is going to be small gang PVP of four to six players taking on larger groups and killing them.
