Add CAPES or replace them instead of Tabards

Who likes tabards? - Nobody!
I really would love to see some cape action in the game!
To spice things even further - I would add a system which would unlock new colors/emotes/decorations based upon achievements.
- Every guild would be able to design their own cape for the members to proudly wear.
- It would be more aesthetic than the *** tabard that nobody takes note to.
- It has Crown Store potention with buyable new cape decorations/emotes/colors.
This is the kind of thing I would love to see:

The more things moving in natural motion the more things the server has to pay attention to the more it will bog down.
Think its bad with 100 people on screen now? Imagine with natural physics capes fluttering in the wind.

If there is an option to toggle on and off then what is there to complain about? Stop disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing.
And besides added cloaks (graphics) would contribute to a worse frame rate not lag (network based). There is no issue with FPS side of things on consoles only "lag" based issues and as for the PC community (where there is a vast range of comp specs) there would still be a toggle off button for those of you who seemingly still sport windows 98. Ha.
