Black Rose 5-piece bonus

I have heard everyone talking about the 50% increase to the mana and stamina regeneration part of the constitution passive, but could anyone enlighten me, before i spend my time getting the set just to test it, if Black Rose also increases the health recovery part of constitution or just the mana/stam part.

Its a garbage set. That 5 piece bonus is pretty bad. Just take a look at the cooldown timer on Constitution Passive, its like once every 8 seconds.

I have the set on my stam DK. I really didnt like it much.

Im pretty sure the only reason people were going crazy for it was because it was broken in pts.

The 5 piece increased your damage by 50% or something. I know something was broken about it that made it to good to be true.

It's a pretty garbage set though in my opinion. I would say Reactive Armour will be good for pvp, for pve anything with block mitigation.

If anything Black Rose need's a buff. The constitution heavy armour passive only grants like 100-250 stamina and magicka back. So your getting like nothing back with this set. If the set increased the passive by a fixed number like 500 magicka and stamina it may be more worth it. However the constitution passive still has a cooldown.

You get an extra 2% hp recovery though maybe a build will come out with tons and tons of hp recovery.
