✭Since I never buy anything, I'm at about 23K on my toon that's only in the teens. I just sell everything I'm not using, bank the mats and improve what I'm using. I would have more but I have been depositing amounts in to my Guild bank as well.
Haven't played in a few weeks though (just finished Fallout 3 and now on to Fallout NV), so I'll need to go check again.
Can't see my behavior changing all that much though. Maybe I'll just deposit 90% in the guild bank from now on. At least somebody can get some use out of it.

I suppose I could have more, but I don't participate in Guild sales and auctions so I stick with what I can collect in game and what I can sell to in-game vendors. ✭I hit 2 millions a few days ago (I thought this might only happen next year eventually), but since I also noticed that we can upgrade our bagspace again, I guess it'll get under 2 again during the next days^^
The nice thing is, when all the equipment crafter characters you have are maxed, you can start selling all the white and green stuff. I did this with all 8, now I'm free Well, except for jewelry and the like.. since I never get any of the better ones as a single PvE player, I have to buy them for a fortune.

I have amassed quite a bit of gold from my characters who just vendor loot and pay for repairs. It is not a bad way to amass gold. It is only when your deconning everything to level crafting that this slows down the gold flow. Figure on about 25K for the first zone (after repairs and horse upgrades) and it goes up from there about 10K to 15K per zone. By zone 5 it was not hard to get 6 figure in gold just from vendoring loot and questing. Once you get to Coldharbor, there are a few places up there that how much gold you get is only dependent on how long you want to run your patterns in the grind areas. There are even a few of these places in the leveling zones too.
So, it's not a bad way at all to get gold.
