Something wrong with my NB?

Since the patch my NB is firing her arrows all weird. The triggers seem incredibly slow to react and sometimes won't react at all. Occasionally they seem to pass through enemies. Is this a bug? Before the patch it was fine. Now I feel like a level 8 in a Vet zone

I haven't experienced this problem at all (vr 14 nb) and I use my bow daily as my secondary weapon.

Hi there - yes, it's disturbing isn't it? Mobs who can attack you but your weapon can't 'see them' and won't work
and you more or less end up standing there like a stump while they kill you.

It's actually not an uncommon problem across all classes and platforms. It's not the patch.
(see the thread from last month entitled 'can you be rendered unable to attack?'

The advice I was given after lodging a ticket was:
un-equip absolutely everything - delete save game data - log out and log in - re-equip kit.

Worked for me until the other day when I developed an 8 second lag and an inability to use potions - I died about 8 times in 8 minutes! So, I just did all of the above again and everything went back to normal.

Other suggestions (if this happens in the middle of battle) were to swap to back-up weapon or change hands.

I'm still wanting to know why my dude has no socks.

Started using bows a few days ago, the one thing I really find weird is when I shoot at one enemy and the arrow targets other enemies next to it (while doing dmg to the one I'm actually aiming at). The bow just feels very weird overall (maybe I'm not used to it), I can't describe it, but there is kind of a disconnection between what you want the bow to do, what the bow does, and what the arrow does.

hmm, I have noticed visual and audio weirdness but never seen it affect combat.

With the last character I rolled so far (an NB), I was having a similar problem, but with a Two-hander. And after the update as well. Not sure if this is a general issue in the weapon/combat system now, or lag-related.. however the latter became a lot worse since the last update.

It's a small comfort to know I'm not alone, but I can't help but feel NB archers draw the short straw. That's just my opinion though. I've found it to become such a problem now that I've changed my entire build at VR 5

I don't feel useful with a bow now so I'm going to try a Magicka NB using a destruction staff. I now just need to respec everything

the bow has always felt a little off to me.

BUT only when i play my nightblade do i get weird bugs/sounds/graphics.

any other class i play and use bow it feels perfectly normal.

go on nightblade and ......" why do i use this thing!" is what you will hear coming out of this room.

maybe something with the nightblade skills/coding thats wonky.
