Hello I'm Medieval3d here,

I really like Elder Scrolls Online, enjoy it a lot. I have a question about the new content of ESO, I know are some ways to get crown store items or something similar, like the xp booster, you can get it with an item called Psijiic ambrosia, isn't the same as the item of the crown store, but gives you a boost of +50% xp for half hour, or for example you can buy bank space through the Crow store, also I know It can be done, get more bank space spending some money to the bank, and well are other items or stuff you can get through the current game and its no need to use Crowns to get those.

So this is my question, Is there a way to enter the Imperial City District through the game without the use of Crowns?, please I wish to know it, doesnt matter If it is a really hard way to get it, but I would like to think the players of this game deserve it, because I remember I saw videos of Zenimax or Bethesda (I think was Bethesda) saying: "we want people enjoy the game without the necessity of have to pay monthly and one kind of point we want to have is the Crown store system not be a kind of limited content", so I remember they said the Crown store will be just for vanity Items or stuff, and you will can play normally without the need of using Crowns. But If the DLC content is limited I think they have broke a code here.
I have the Imperial Edition of the game, I think the game is really balanced and I like to use my Imperial character, and I think is other new kind of race what is balanced and isn't overpowered respect the other races, but I think If the Companies have agreed and made a limited content about game play and new dungeons and I guess quests, are leaving aside a term supposed what was the Crown store isn't a limited content, or pay to win

I really hope this game dont become in future a pay to win, please dont follow the steps of WOW the worst MMORPG game ever made

Thanks and would be nice to have answers about it please. Salute! And for the players feel free to comment :)

Only way to get access apart from buying it is to be an ESO+ subscriber. Extra content costs money to develop so you have to pay one way or the other.
Babeester Gor is the Axe Goddess, the Implacable Anger, the Avenging Daughter and the Earth Guardian.
    Vriddi gra-Yildnarz, Dragonknight and Smith
    Myrvanwe, Sorcerer and Enchanter
    Tsajirra, Nightblade and Clothier
    Vilvyni Indarys, Dragonknight and Woodworker
    Arielle Alouette, Templar and Provisioner
Fishes in Troubled Waters, Nightblade and Alchemist
Shanika Some Long Title I'd Change If I Could, Templar and Aspirant Jeweller
Pippi Longhorn, Nightblade, Ne'er-do-well, and "Tribute" character
    EU PC.

if wow was the worst mmorpg ever made it wouldn't be the most popular, also as for getting free dlc I don't know of any game you can get a dlc via playing the game. most you have to purchase a season pass or buy individually, speaking ofcorse for console players standpoint. there was only 2 mmos that allowed things like this one being runescape and the other being perfect world international(pwi) ,now being another name from all the dlc. however the pwi game was very pay 2 win so it balanced the free game and expansions by the people who paid for better things to stay on par vs those who didn't and worked for it. and that is not something I want to see in eso

I see buying dlc and having the eso+ membership as supporting zenimax to get better servers upgrades to game and ect. without income we wont see better game improvements

Star Trek Online is actually F2P and all updates and expansions are free. -They just try to tickle your wallet by flogging You with grind. -And it Works for them. -sheeple are just to easy to fool.

To get Imperial City DLC access you can pay 2500 Crowns in the Crown Store for it or, you can get access to it if you subcribe to the ESO membership. However, once you cancel your ESO subscription, you will not have access to the Imperial City DLC anymore.

Smart way to get it...Subscribe to the ESO membership for 2 months and you will gain enough monthly crowns from the membership to buy the DLC. Then unsubscribe. The membership gets you 10% bonus XP/Gold and 1500 crowns per month.

Thanks for that tip about the Imperial City DLC and the ESO membership, now I see other way how to get the dlc, but I prefer buy Crowns just in one time. But would be really good a way to get the DLC, playing or achieving something, like for example: when you reach the lvl rank 14 you would be have access to the DLC, that would be really cool!

So how does the company make money to keep the game running if they give their big expansions for free?

The quote referencing having an in-game alternative to purchasing items in the Crown Store applies to the cosmetic and convenience items, not new content. Their stance regarding content once they transitioned to Tamriel Unlimited is:

"Tamriel Unlimited will be supported with special, optional downloadable content available for purchase and an in-game Crown Store for convenience and customization items. Regular updates and new gameplay will be offered to all players to enjoy free of additional charges."
