Title pretty much asks the whole question.
I'm considering coming back to this game to try out Imperial City. I know I'll have a lot of build tinkering to do considering how many changes they've made.
I'm trying to decide if Bolt Escape should be any part of my Sorc build (downloading patches now). It was already massively weakened with the 50% magicka cost increase and the regen buff. I always thought having BOTH of these penalties was excessive and ridiculous.
Now I heard they're making the 50% cost increase stack exponetially, so I'm wondering if they at least had the foresight to remove the regen penalty.

✭✭✭✭✭It got removed, but the patchnotes say out of combat regeneration only if I remember correctly. So no change there.
The new penalty is hard, better reroll Stamina Sorc

Ya I have been reading around the forum and watching videos. From what I've heard/seen it sounds like Magicka sorcs are useless. Stam sorc looks really fun though.0
