BUG? Soul Gems not Filling?

Hi,
My gf got to VR15 and now her empty Grand Soul Gems are not being filled anymore. She glows after killing a mob but when she checks her inventory no gem was filled.
She was able to fill them (prior to VR15) by killing enemies using Soul Trap (Consuming Trap) ability.
Is this a bug? Or I am missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭Hmmm, i was wondering why my empty gems are collecting dust in my inventory.
I have 2 points in the passive and before the patch that was always enough to keep my gems filled without having to slot soul trap.

Yes same for me.
I put two points into the ability and have yet to see it fill anything.
I think they broke something else when they made it so you can not fill them from the training dummies.
Maybe they are going to sell you some souls in the store next?1 -
jkemmery✭✭✭✭I noticed mine weren't filling, but then noticed I hadn't unlocked the passives. I haven't checked again since I unlocked them, I assumed they were filling, but I will definitely check when I can log in again.Edited by jkemmery on September 11, 2015 8:00PM0 -
I had the same problem, i had to buy the gems as found ones would not fill for some reason on the ones i brought would.0

I made sure that my passives were unlocked, and then went out and killed several dozen mobs in The Rift. No soul gems filled, can we please get this looked at? There seems to be an actual bug here.0 -

Have you also had any problem with Soul Trap? In my experience, sometimes there is an audible sound when it fills a Soul Gem with the soul of a dying NPC. But the absence of the sound doesn't signify that Soul Trap did not capture the dying soul.
Personally, I don't know any "passives" to which you refer that would fill a soul gem automatically when your avatar kills an NPC. It would be great if I didn't have to use a slot on the Ability Bar for Soul Trap but could fill Soul Gems without active input.--- Shadowshire .......... ESO Plus on PC NA with Windows 7 Pro SP1

Soul Lock. It's a 10% chance to auto fill a gem with weapon kills.Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun!
