Anyone found these VR16 sets yet?

Sets like Combat Physician, Essence Thief, Brands of Imperium... (and those in their catalog here http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Sets). Anyone know where you can find these?

I've had the latter two drop for me from vWGT bosses. Haven't gotten any of the first set you listed.

I got a full set of Spell Power Cure, drops from White Gold Tower. The ones I know are

Overwhelming
Essence Thief
Shock Master
Spell Power

Prison
Scathing Mage
Combat Physician
Sheer Venom
Toxic Defiance

I have no idea where the heavy drops, I haven't paid attention

Ehhhh if you plan to farm it daily it's decent(ish) but if you just want to clear here and there then no
