Before the launch of the game, the fact that the new engine can hold literally hundrends of characters on screen was talked about to no end. How come in these "Epic" sequences during a final quest in a certain Pve area, we only see small pairing of Npcs swinging at each other until you interrupt. If the technology is there, why arent there hordes of enemies with very little health, that deal little damage instead of one normal enemy every 10 meters. The fights would be much more exciting to watch and will be truer to the games epic cinematic trailers.
