casual question about IC

Good morning everyone!

I think of myself as a casual player, I DO take things serious tho. What I mean is that when I play I put everything into it. Make sure I'm doing the best that I am able to. What makes me consider myself as a casual is that my game time is very fluid. Sometimes I get only an hour per day, sometimes more, sometimes I go a week without playing. I play mainly pve with a little pvp mixed in and am currently sitting only at v1.
Would i be missing out on anything by not purchasing the IC pack when it comes out(console)?
The more I look at it I don't see much that would require me to purchase it until I'm closer to the higher levels.

    Not too much at v1 outside of some new content and a good means of gaining gold.

    Really no need to rush then. It's mostly end game gear and mats so not much for a V1.
    Gives you time to practice your pvp skills before you get it ;)

    I'm a subscriber, so I have access to it. As it happens the friends I play with are both exploring it with EP vet characters, so I've been accompanying them with my dunmer DK - who is currently 25th.

    It's been interesting and fun - despite dying regularly. The respawns tend to be less painful than in other parts of Cyrodiil (you can usually use soul gems, and the travel time is MUCH less). If you sub for a month, you could check it out relatively cheaply.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
