I'm talking about the blue ones not the green quest rewards. Clicking on them to collect them does nothing. They also can't be banked.

✭✭✭✭✭From what guild members have been telling me they were changed on PC/Mac to work the same as console.
Now they auto unlock when you pick them up, then you can trash/sell them.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
