Well It happened to me. Missing two months worth of Crowns!

Just sent in my ticket.. After checking my bank statement I noticed I was charged July 14th and August 14th for ESO plus through Microsoft. I was on the phone with the Xboxlive person and it seems like there are a lot of people having issues with ESO.

Guys can I get my crowns please!??

I would like to know if most of the people that are having this issue are the people playing on the Console?
Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!" Sallington

    I've only seen Xbox One users complain about this. Don't even think I've seen PS4 people complain (or maybe they just sent in a ticket and didn't flood the forums with posts we don't care about). I've had zero issue on the PC - crowns are always there the day of my renewal without delay.

    I had the same problem this month and last. It took a couple weeks of being transferred from one department to another usually getting a generic response about how I need to contact Microsoft and spending several days having Microsoft tell me to contact zos but I finally got my crowns. I'm currently 3 days in on trying to get my crowns this month. They usually would have responded by now but I'm still waiting. Funny thing is, whenever I buy crowns alone, I get them right away.

    Well after getting a troll response from ZOS/ESO asking for "Proof of purchase" I called Microsoft back and they walked me through the steps to get ZOS/ESO the information they needed.. I have sent ZOS/ESO a copy/paste of where Microsoft charged my bank for TWO MONTHS and I also sent ZOS/ESO a copy of the confirmation email that they sent me confirming that my ESO plus was renewed JULY AND AUGUST! ..

    If this is not resolved or I hear back within 5 days Microsoft support advised me to contact my bank and let them handle it.. I am not threatening anyone I just find it poor business practice to have this many people getting ROBBED of what they are paying for!

    Get it together for god sakes guys.
    Maybe ZOS should not have laid off all of those CS reps eh?
