Stamina Regeneration and Stamina Recovery

So I was browsing threw Deltia's ESO racial Passives on Deltias Gaming, and I was looking for a good stamina class for my nightblade. But I came across the woodelf and redguards and noticed that the wood elf has : Y’Ffre’s E durance – Increases stamina regeneration while in combat by 21%
While the redguard has Exhilaration – Increases stamina recovery while in combat by 9%.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between stamina regeneration and stamina recovery? Could one be the rate at which u get stamina back and the other is the amount of stamina you get?

✭✭There is no difference between recovery and regeneration - it is the same thing just worded differently. I have to check later at home whether the 9% given for the redguard racial are correct, though. I have at least one skill calculator saying that it is 21% as well.5
