My friends list isn't showing up in game and my ps4 friends list works fine until I start up eso. Anyone know the problem?

Aye same here, it's been like that for a couple of days. You go to the friends panel, and it's blank, nobody shows up.
It's a lonely game without access to your friends.

I just added a new friend, and he's the only one showing up in my friends list.
