New Xbox Achievements?

Greywolf_McGrowler
I was wondering if in the DLC if there will be new achievements to get for the Xbox? I know there will be some for ESO in general, but wondering if there will be some for the Xbox as well to help me increase my Gamerscore.

I would think there would be a few based on the ones we have..

-beat the IC 4 man dungeons
    -Finish whatever quest lines
    -collect 45,000,000,000,000 telvar stones.

I'm still mad about the emperor achievement... jerks.

Also the Xbox achievement (and ingame one) for all the public dungeon bosses in EP is broken for EP people. Drul in Sanguine's dimense still isn't spawning.

Well I got the xbox achievement for all the public bosses in EP. Did it awhile ago so not sure if i had any problems with them. Perhaps since I play EP that helped.

I've been trying for that guy (as an EP guy) since release. Only one I don't have. I've been in there 7 hours in a row 1 day... nothing. probably a total of 30 hrs. Crazy. (guy that spawn in theater).

Pretty sure one of the Tom Clancy games had something similar. Something like get top spot in the worldwide leader boards. No idea why they would make one of the achievements near impossible for the majority. Whilst i couldn't give a rat's ass about achievements myself, I think most devs would realise there's a lot of console gamers out there that now think achievements maketh the game. If one is impossible to get, there is a lot of people who won't bother buying the game. Especially if the game in question isn't one of the AAA games that get regurgitated on an annual basis.

So are they being added? Only a few days until it's out but no achievements.

As for the people saying the champion isn't spawning in EP, are you sure this isn't the dungeon where the map has actually changed from PC one. I spent ages waiting in one part before realising that isn't where he spawns anymore on Xbox. I finished the public dungeons a while back too.

I spent 4.5 hours on one, then 3.5 on another, both Cyro bosses (I'm solo Pve so very few group delves have I solo'd)...waiting hidden inside, and I though that was a long time...
    Kudos for patience.

No offense @Prof_Bawbag, but many an old school solo gamer like myself is achievement orientated...it's a yardstick as others see AP points.
I just can't feel happy about trying to kill off another persons character in Pvp, regardless of how often I'm ganked.

@Swindy I have no idea why you would take that as a slight. It's true, there are gamers out there that think achievements make the game. Many just buy games for the achievements and some won't buy games or more to the point DLC because it doesn't contain achievements. Devs know this too. That's why there's now lots of games with no true replay value whatsoever and why some devs add in achievements that require people to play through it again. It's a lazy assed and cheap way to make their games seem longer than they actually are.

Does it bother me? No. Not in the slightest. I'm just of the opinion that if a game doesn't warrant a 2nd play through, then no achievement will make me want to play it. If it warrants a 2nd play through a la Witcher 2, then I'll play the game through again.

Add to that, I've had people contact me via LIVE asking me why I'm still playing games over and over again that I've fully 1000/1000 a long time ago. Games such as Mass Effect, DA:O and so on.

Oh I didn't take it that way.
Poor communication skills on may part. We utterly agree.
Was only offering the proof to your comments...hence the "no offense".
I should've perhaps omitted the "but" also in hindsight.

I find the (my) written word so soulless at times.

I used to be an Achievement w****. Now, I actually play and guy games that I will play to play. Don't get me wrong, I still want my Achievements, but I no longer base them on my purchases.
