How do you use jewelry glyphs?

I have a flame resistant glyph that said jewelry and I need to equip it for get 3-5 veteren item how do I equip it? My main guy is a vet 9 imperial Templar/ vampire. He gets hamed on by fire. That is why I really need to now how I equip it, word of advice Imperial Templar is the worst build for a vampire so don't ever choose that because imperials have it the worst for fire.

You can only apply that glyph to a piece of jewelry that is veteran rank 3-5. Since you're a vet 9 I assume your jewelry is that level as well? You would enchant it just like enchanting an armor piece.

You need a piece of jewelry that is the appropriate level, then you right click it and select enchant. Even if it already has an enchantment, you can enchant over it.

You need to have a Glyph that is set to be applied to the level of the item you have. If the item is higher level than the Glyph, you can apply it, and I have never tried, but I think if it's lower level it won't work either. Note the item does not have to be the same level as you, it can be lower and you can still wear it, you just have to match the glyph to the item.

Also, you can only put certain enchants on certain items. For example, you can put Attribute Enchants on Armor, but not on a ring. But, you can put a fire shield on a ring/necklace so your good there. You probably just need the proper level item for the ring/necklace you have.

Finally, if you are a crafter, or if not, know one, Shields are great to improve by using a better Aspect Rune. They are not cheap, but if you have one inventory, the crafter can take that and make the glyph for you.

And, finally, there are Champ Points you can use to reduce the damage you are getting too.
