After IC patch, another huge fps drop from 50-60 to 20-30. Turned down settings again. Back to 50-60.
ZOS, I'm running out of settings to turn down. When the fps drops much below 30, I'll quit playing.
I don't have a lot of confidence that it will be fixed.
Joke's on me right, since you already got my money.
This might be a longshot, but what does your system's thermals look like. I ran into framerate issues from my card overheating... because one of my cats discovered the exhaust at the back of my tower, and started using that as a sleeping spot. Once I found that and cleaned it out with a can of compressed air my performance went up, my temps went down, and the cat now can't sleep behind the tower at all, because of where I moved it.
I'm going to go with guild traders (aka lack of auction house) as my biggest specific concern. It's something that leads to my biggest question, which is "do the devs really know who their players are and what they want?".

Lot's of player are actually happy with the ecomical system because it actually allow you to play the economical game, which you would not with a Auction house. Auction house would flatten the prise world wide.
Having guild traders allow players to buy stuff cheap in one remote place to seel it expensive in a main city. It allows guild to create political alliance to dominate all trade shops in the best trading place. Some players are exclusively playing the Trade game and they enjoy it a lot.
So, no. Not everyone want the same thing. I guess that for some little seller-buyer, a AH is easier, but for players that focus on trade as their main game, guild trade is the best.
however...a better UI with a search button and other functionality would be welcomed

An auction house would provide fair and equal access to the economy for all players, and does not set up any players (guildmasters) with special powers over any others. The current system allows players to exploit other players, plain and simple. Maybe that's "fun" for you but I find it deplorable.

I don't necessarily disagree with your points but let me ask you..do you think individuals/small guilds should be locked out of the trading system? What about the players that don't want to join a large trading guild but still want to focus on trading? There is currently no option for them outside of spamming chat (and not even that if you are on consoles).
I don't think they should necessarily scrap the current system but it needs to be expanded/improved to allow for small guilds/individuals to participate (even if it's in some limited/restricted way).
