Lack of standard mmo u.I. features is alarming and ultimately off putting . Combat data and text chat are main offenders . Innovation is fine when it works but being different for the sake of being different is stupid and dare I say it a tad arrogant particularly when trying to improve an already proven and accepted system

    Obviously all!!!
I really wonder why this game is not open BETA and i had to pay for it (till last month not a cent any more)

99 % of my "deaths" at both PVP/E are because of lag or packet loss issues(i have 2 nasa build pc's and 50gbps connections....the only game i have issues is ESO....and yes i ve done all technical checks )

Original UI its a joke! Thanks to the addons and their creators the game is playable

Races skills classes.... all of them still unbalanced after 1.5 years....

Development its a joke too!!! We were promised a single player PVE DLC right after crag and we got 1 year later IC!!! A small DLC witch is "pay to play" and pay to upgrade...or f...off and stfu

No wonder why out of my 120 friends list last summer there is only 1!!!!!!! left in game

    Long leave Skyrim :)

None of the Above (or, "I have no major concerns at this time.")
Having taken a slow approach to the game since PC launch with multiple characters still leveling to 50, from a solo PvE perspective, and with no significant performance issues at any time, I am very happy with the game. If they'd improve the trading system I'd be even happier but that's really my only ongoing criticism of the game and as it is I just sell anything I don't want to merchants. I don't like the concept of Cadwell's but that will very likely be replaced for me by Orsinium anyway. It's a great game in my view, particularly for PvEers who are in it for the journey while I appreciate that it's different for PvPers who are in it for the destination.

You forgot maybe the most concerning thing in the game since release. The cash shop. This probably directly or indirectly touches on every other concern in the game whether it's lack of focus on substantial game elements in favor of cash shop garbage/monitization or them going back on their word about RL holidays and selling Halloween crap or the inevitable inching towards P2W elements like pots and motifs (what's next?) or the lack of content roll outs due to paid for DLC planning. The list goes on and on.

Hard to pin down 1 reason as you can imagine, but overall they were a RvR oriented group and in the end issues around Cyrodil was the main reason they left, so back to older games to play with my friends

    Balance Issues (PvE)
Balance Issues, because at moment it's possible for each class in PvE to play a competitive tank and DD role, for each content, but not so anymore for healers.

Either they give Restoration staff some sort of stronger heal with a chance for more powerful reactive healing or the Templar will be the only healer in the game.

The Templar will be favorized not just because of BoL, but because of being the only class to deliver stamina support for others...and that not just by one class skill, but even by two.

Closely followed by "Technical Issues". The state of playing is pretty unbearable now concerning loading screens, lag, fps stutter and the necessity to do a /reloadui every 10 to 15 minutes.

I ran into framerate issues from my card overheating... because one of my cats discovered the exhaust at the back of my tower, and started using that as a sleeping spot. Once I found that and cleaned it out with a can of compressed air my performance went up, my temps went down, and the cat now can't sleep behind the tower at all, because of where I moved it.

    All of the Above
Picked "All of the Above" but realistically only two issues cause concern; PvP Balance Issues and Technical Issues.

PvP balance has been horrible from the get go. One class, or one play style, has always been deemed better than others. Each version build (1.4, 1.5, 1.6, etc.) has always had a "FOTM" build. In which that build was completely superior to all other builds. One could argue that other builds could still compete, as many did, but there was always that one that was superior.

Regardless to balance issues, the technical issues that plague PvP are beyond reason. Constant lag, constant server drops, ridiculous load screens, players now teleporting across screens (yes, without bolt escape), etc. has made for some pretty terrible PvP experiences. Granted in 1.7, or whatever they want to call this last build, a lot of players are saying some issues have been resolved. Yet I still see many players saying that their issues are still very prevalent or have gotten worse.

Hopefully Zenimax/ZoS will dedicate time and money to looking further into Technical and Performance issues many people in the community are experiencing. I can get past build issues in PvP for a while as long as the game is playable.

Lot's of player are actually happy with the ecomical system because it actually allow you to play the economical game, which you would not with a Auction house. Auction house would flatten the prise world wide.
Having guild traders allow players to buy stuff cheap in one remote place to seel it expensive in a main city. It allows guild to create political alliance to dominate all trade shops in the best trading place. Some players are exclusively playing the Trade game and they enjoy it a lot.
So, no. Not everyone want the same thing. I guess that for some little seller-buyer, a AH is easier, but for players that focus on trade as their main game, guild trade is the best.

Its not so much a concern but my three things I would like to see improved would be

    1. Make guilds more relevent by putting an xp system in, where guilds that pvp or PvE gain a ranking based on them rather than numbers, since small guilds suffer, when they shouldn't have to if they are all incredibly active.

    2. Group finder. Make it more efficient, maybe put you in the dungeon when your part of the group that way if you leave it, you actively know the persons not taking it seriously, instead of waiting ages.

    3. I would like a larger auction house, rather than going to every different guild merchant but this is a minor complaint, I don't mind it too bad since it prevents monopolies being formed.

    Balance Issues (PvE)
Went with PvE balance(seems to be the minority). I'm a newer player, about 3 months in and have finally settled into a couple main characters. I've been playing tank characters in online games since the mid 90's on MUDs, tanking is my preferred role, and I've seen a couple issues with tanking consistently come up on the forums since this latest patch.

    1) Stamina issues: Since I'm not set on the old system I can probably get around this since I'm still learning the game's mechanics as I go.

    2) Drops in Imperial City: This is a bit more disheartening. Seems to be tied to how much a player contributes to an encounter, whether or not they are in group, so the more people zerging an encounter, the less likely the tank is to get drops over DPS and Healers.

As to the other issues, there are still some technical problems I'm having(I've seen a greater gap in my minimum to maximum FPS range since patch), but some issues have been fixed and I'm no longer getting random crashes.

Quality of Life is largely a non-issue for me as a PC player, though I can see this being a major issue for those on console.

PvP balance is just one of those things people need to really come to grips with, that'll never be fully achieved by looking at it through a 1v1 perspective. There will always be 1 class superior to others in a 1v1 scenario, no matter which MMO you play, it's just the nature of the beast. PvP is balanced around group play, and a great group who works together, even with inferior classes/builds, will always outperform even a group of elite players on the most OP classes/builds who refuse to work together. Too many cooks spoil the broth...too many chiefs not enough braves....etc.

Content Updates I guess applies for me.

I really like that you made this poll.

My largest concern is huge improvements never getting into the game, or things being missed out on, or poor business decisions killing off the game slowly by lack of putting in changes and new things to do that will keep people around (talking about things like player housing, barber shop, lack of regular clothing, lack of jewelry and vanity items that show on person just for fun, lack of content that isn't just about the stats and killing things).

I don't want to see ESO become a ghost town and the servers shut down (talking about down the road), because it's really quite special.

An auction house would provide fair and equal access to the economy for all players, and does not set up any players (guildmasters) with special powers over any others. The current system allows players to exploit other players, plain and simple. Maybe that's "fun" for you but I find it deplorable.

I don't necessarily disagree with your points but let me ask you..do you think individuals/small guilds should be locked out of the trading system? What about the players that don't want to join a large trading guild but still want to focus on trading? There is currently no option for them outside of spamming chat (and not even that if you are on consoles).

I don't think they should necessarily scrap the current system but it needs to be expanded/improved to allow for small guilds/individuals to participate (even if it's in some limited/restricted way).

I'd say a centralized Auction House would have the opposite effect while the current system allows for a greater freedom. A centralized AH allows for monopolies, people with the greatest amount of currency can undercut, buyout, and control the market on items, which is by definition an exploitation of other players. The current system on the other hand allows for people to shop around for the best prices, you can join multiple guilds so if one guild leader develops a negative reputation for whatever reason, you can take your business elsewhere, spread the word about said guildmaster or guild, and allow for the market to regulate itself. Economics is a gorgeous thing when you understand how it actually works.

The guild trading system is not a "set it and forget it" system for ZOS, and they need to come back every so often and address imbalances. Right now, I think that they are content to have the more limited resource of trading kiosks on the console because high bids soak a lot of the excess gold.

    Other:
New ESO player, MMO vet. I am really enjoying the game, but here are my concerns as objectively as possible.

Unfinished content, and lack of polish:
    1. It seems clear to me that jewelry was meant to be a craft but was dropped.
    2. Provisioning - you should be able to have both food and a drink equipped no?
    3. Enchanting Interface has a steep learning curve, if I have to leave the game repeatedly to figure out what things mean , there's a design problem.
    4. Provisioning wits... How could a new player get these recipes, it isn't fun logging in and out of a house in a newbie zone hoping the RNG helps you out, and if you gain a few levels you're boned...
    5. Missing thieves guild line in an ESO game is a real shame.
    6. Justice - You can pretty much steal anything not bolted down and no one really cares. Kinda trivializes it.

    Bag space:
I get that it is a gold sink, and ven like that it forces me to make choices, but from a crafting perspective it almost made me quit realizing I'd have to skip provisioning till my second play through, I know I could still level it picking one or two recipes and grinding, but that's not "playing the way I want to play."
Hopefully the crafting bags will help with this.

    Resource distribution
Crafting related - The resources seem like they are all off by a half a tier.
Every time I've approached a new tier of crafted material I've had to jump ahead in the story to farm resources in order to upgrade my equipment. Example: Alik'r dessert had next to no Dwarven ore, yet the zone seems geared completely towards that level range.

My concerns include the technical issues, but also how will the game both attract new players AND continue to engage and allow for the progression of current players as well as the issue with ZOS presenting it's plans for the future, then completely changing direction, i.e. Veteran Ranks.
