PS4 Craglorn Quest/Dungeons and XP?

Im EP PS4 almost VR12 Nightblade. I attempted to solo the craglorn quests when I was a low vet level and got destroyed pretty quick. Now I am considering getting a group together to take some of these down. I also have been doing some grinding and really want to level up to VR 14 before the IC patch hits console in a few days.
When searching some forums I noticed people talking about XP having been nerfed in Craglorn at some point due to a ton of grinding that was going on. Did this nerf apply to only mobs in the open world, or did the nerf affect the quests and group dungeons as well? How significant is it compared to killing mobs in Cadwell's Gold? I really want to take down Craglorn, but might wait if the XP is a joke compared to Reaper's March.

I honestly couldnt tell you. I have found anywhere but crag gives better xp and i am a ps4 player.

I have personally found anything in the last cadwells gold map (for AD its Bangkorai) to have the most yeld for anything. But lost and lots of people grind it.. because they nerfed craglorn... dont ask for the logic they just did it and all the grinders just moved map to the next viable place.

✭✭Don't even bother with Craglorn. Waste of time. Unless:- Cruxnirn Farming / Material Farming
- Finish upper questline for random Nirnhoned item
- Actually have friends that want to do the quests for completion
- Writs
