GeertKarel✭✭✭I have 5 pieces of Scathing Mage but I noticed that it doesn't proc on damage over time (dots).
It only procs on the initial hit of the abillity. So far tested it on Sorc, DK and Templar.
I really hope its a bug since, few friends said it did proc on dots on PTS.Server: EU Pact
