PvE Magicka Nightblade
Good evening everyone!
I'm an Imperial VR3 Nightblade. I just switched to Magicka and even though I like it, I'm finding difficulties coming up with a solid build. I tried to search on the forum for brilliant players who help out their fellow uncreative companions hehe. But there seems to be a whole lot of PvP threads, but close to zero PvE threads that aren't outdated. So think of me as a completely Magicka noob since I used stamina leveling up this first character. My questions:
1. What weapons should I use?
2. Which abilities should I slot?
3. All light armour or 5 light 2 heavy?
4. Which glyphs on my armour/jewellery should I use?
5. Attributes and Champion Points?
This is basically asking for a detailed build, which is a lot to ask, I realise this but you would really help me out a lot, and I'm pretty sure a lot of ESO players on the forum as well since I'm really unable to find a PvE build for (imperial) Nightblades for the IC patch.

Awesome! However, it states "Not updated to 1.7" at the top, does much change or can I pretty much use this build and adjust it where I think is necesary?0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's a good starting guide for a build. You won't hit the best numbers right now until the dust settles and the new "top" build appears for Magicka Nightblade but this one should get you through most content fine, just not in world record times.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Thanks Turelus, will use this build in that case, I read all comments on tamrielfoundry and some state indeed that there are better builds now with the new vr16 sets, but I don't care too much about numbers. If this build will get me through the content and it's fun to play, I will def. use it
, besides, I'm on console so I don't see the damage numbers anyway haha.

✭✭✭✭✭For most of the content you can clear it with average DPS it just takes longer and you need to do the bosses actual mechanics rather than burn it and skip them (I personally like the slower option as it feel more natural).
Most players aim for the very high-end nuke DPS to get faster clears for items/easy of play etc.
I play Magicka Nightblade myself but tend to tank more than I DPS so I can't be overly helpful with exact information on builds sadly.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
