How to Fix Cloak.

Idea. Give damage immunity for Cloak duration and do the same thing you are doing with Dodge Roll and Bolt Escape. The next Cloak casted within 4 seconds cost 50% more. Issue solved... I think.

Cagro✭✭✭I did not think about Nightblade's passives that will be affected by this change... Regardless, people have being complaining about broken Cloak since launch and they are still complaining in the PTS so do something drastic to fix it...0

After the rework on shadowy passive 15% reduction in stam recovery from previous values, and the loss of WW passives + 15% stam recovery, along with dodge roll Nerf, along with the damage nerf and orientation to sustain builds over burst builds, its possible the Stamina NB is still Over Powered, but i expect the opposite is true. the OP suggestion would kill the class for pvp.
@cagro what you propose - cast cloak more than once gives +50% cost, kills stamina NB, its two cloaks from his tiny magicka pool (3830k magicka cost without reduction etc, if it doesn't stick you recast for 5745 magica, all of my magicka is actually gone 9575 god forbid i self buffed before with grim focus or decided to mark another NB before he cloaked )
you cant just introduce a generic nerf by only focusing on one small fraction (presumably magicka NB). ignoring the far reaching consequences and ruining the game for a not small sect of people, why because you dont use detect pots, radiant mage light, flare, or even just caltdrops to put them in combat if they come near. So many counters, but instead of imbracing the stroke and counter stroke beauty of the game, you want to nerf a skill that @ZOS has spent a long time trying to get working as they see it should.

NDwarf✭✭✭I want to stealth past monsters in a public solo dungeon. Cloak, count 1 one thousand, 2 on thousand, hit cloak again. Maybe 3 to 4 times if it's a large group or a winding hallway with groups packed together. Four times and I'm out of magicka.
With the changes you want I'd get past group 1 and be out of magicka before I can get past group 2. Now I'm dead. I'm not a Sorc, Templar, or DK. I can't Leroy Jenkings my way into a 6 pack of mobs and stand there taking hits.
Another example, things go wrong and I pull too much agro. I cloak and run with ranged bow/magic mobs hitting me in the back every time cloak drops. I can cloak enough to put distance between me and them while trying break LOS. With that reduction change I'd get 4 steps before they range me dead.
No thanks. But hey, Zos caves to whinners and nerfs stamina regen for PvE tanks so why not. May as well get all the normal players to quit and sell the game to hardcore whales spending $$$ on glowing horses and tuxedos.
