Yeah i have to agree with you,
as a dunmer NB i would certainly take advantage of changing to a khajit right now...

My stam regen is totally screwed and changing armour means i do even less damage,
so in the end i get diminishing returns,

Put NB on the rack till they do something,

Sorcs are as OP as hell still coz their shields still stack, yes they are less but then so is my damage, NO CHANGE to this scenario actually,

Think i'll spend time playing on my sorc... YES....

Every TES game besides Skyrim you chose a class (guess what nightblade's in there) but it was more so a starting point rather then a boundary. The first 2 games some classes couldn't use some types of gear, though.

I think getting rid of classes would be a good idea. I am aware that ES did not start this way and it would be different, but I think more player freedom is a good thing. I think people would be more interested in the game for longer that way.

Even in Morrowind and Oblivion there were certain restrictions that made various types of armour/stuff impractical, e.g. spell efficiency being reduced by all sorts of armour (making robes/clothes the best choice for a pure caster), athletics and sneak being reduced by heavy armour (making clothes/light armour the best choice for thieves, assassins etc).

ESO as classless MMO would have been cool. But that ship has sailed and sunk. They certainly won't spend all the time and resources they'd need to change it at this time, so I wish people would stop talking about it, and focus on something more constructive... I also wish people would remember all the elder scrolls before Skyrim and their classes... but thankfully they do get a reminder now and then...
And yes, in single player games the ability of one character learning -everything- over time doesn't hurt at all. But in MMOs... having that ability would mean a LOT more balancing issues to avoid everyone being the same in the end, and leaving out of sheer "everything's the same, there's nothing new, seen it all before" frustration...

As for class change, that may be a big can of worms, coding wise, and I really don't see any need for it at this point. If they ever added more classes, sure... but now... if you want to try a different class, that's what alts are for.
Don't want to spend the time levelling eight characters to veteran ranks?
Suit yourself, but then don't complain you don't have eight veteran characters in all the different flavors to try...

People are honestly wanting a "Class Change" option to be added?

Just because your class is not the "Flavor o the month" does not mean they should add a class change potion to the crown store! Level up an alt and work for it you lazy bums lol..

Just because a different class than yours killed you in PvP doesn't mean you need to become that class,, It will not help most players as they are just terribad anyway to begin with.....

You want to have access to all the classes.. LEVEL ONE UP!
My god todays MMO players are killing todays games.. If they do add class change or even worse remove classes from this game then they might as well change it from ESO to "Babies First MMO"!
It is not like it is hard to level a character form 1-vet in 1-2 days!

That stated... I still have no problem with class change, as long as it costs accordingly. If people drop 3000 crowns or more, let them have their class change, at those prices the FotM chasers will think twice and hard about it, and thus only the ones who really, really see no other option will pay the price and do it...
