Mounts, Pets and Tabard Rewards

Will we ever see mounts, pets and tabard awards for our in-game accomplishments and achievements? Or, are we expected to always buy new mounts and pets in the Crown Store?
I feel like there was a missed opportunity with the Cadwell's Silver and Gold rewards. An Ebonheart Mount, Daggerfall Mount and Aldmeri Mount would have been more interesting instead of a few hundred gold and a bunk neckless. A unique tabard would have even been more appropriate, in my opinion. With that said, are there any plans to perhaps add more worthy rewards for incredible feats?

✭✭✭✭✭I think I remember hearing something about Orsinium having some type of unlockable reward. One way or another, you'll have to pay for it. DLC or Crown Store item.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

Mdl518✭✭Would love for something like this to happen...I've been talking alot about how this game doesn't have any global events or anything special that happens outside of the usual formula that we've been given.I think that by doing things like that me as a player (can't speak for anyone else) would feel like I'm a part of this game and community more than I feel like I'm just playing a game that's being spoonfed to me in chunks that taste so good but are to little to keep a good taste in your mouth. ✭✭✭✭✭I think what @Gidorick is referring to is someone outright asked on ESO Live (I'm pretty sure it was the one with Rich Lambert) and he pretty much just said "wait for Orsinium". It was actually a cool question with a detailed idea of how you cound achieve this rare mount.
As well, IC has pets/constumes you can get in game!•The Necrotic Hoarvor Pet can be acquired by completing the achievement “Imperial City Challenger.” This achievement is the ultimate test of your skills in the new Veteran Dungeons found in the Imperial City.
•The Soul Shriven skin and the Stonefire Scamp Pet can rarely be obtained by defeating the elite Daedric forces and their master in the darkest depths of the Imperial Sewers.

✭✭✭✭✭Mounts... are already available in-game, purchasable from every stable with mere gold. Sure, those gold-purchasable mounts maybe aren't as fancy looking as some others, but... they are there, and for 10K gold every character can ride!
Pets... there is the one from completing Razaks Wheel... and more with IC... so yeah, there are some. But for the most part, those come from the crown store...
Tabards... indeed it would have been neat to get some "faction" tabard... would be nice to have extra-elaborate "pact" tabards when in cyrodil, or diminion, or covenant, to show your loyalty to your faction... perhaps done as "faction tabard" that takes on your faction when worn, so you cannot wear one of the opposing factions through bank transfer and confuse people that way...0 -

✭Costumes are already pve rewards. Razaks pet is already given after completing a public dungeon quest . It is already in place, although they should implement it more (and with the IC update, they definitely have created pets, costumes, and polymorphic rewards as part of the game)0 -

You have good faith but ZOS has only created 1 pet as a PvE reward and a few costumes. It's been over a year and I feel like they are only developing mounts and pets for their crown store. Where's the carrot on the stick?
