He basically /lurks when something is in the works relating to the topics... I'm surprised more folks haven't figured this out yet.

As far as the hub OP is talking about, would this be for bounty quests where you have to kill X number of enemy players? If so, it seems reasonable to me to add such a hub to the alliance bases in the sewers. Not a quest type that I'm interested in at all, but I don't see a down side to having it available in the sewers instead of having to exit the sewers, end up back at the place where you pick it up anyway, and then travel back to the sewers.
