is anyone else having problems with in-game chat. I'm walking into town and seeing all the little nametag chat boxes but i cant hear anyone. as well as i cant talk to anyone. i know its not my xbox because my xbox party chats are working fine. its only when i play ESO. is anyone else having this problem. and if so how did u fix it

    I'm on PS4 so this might not help you: I often can't hear people talking even though they do (friends can hear them).
    All I need to do then is to restart the game and everything's back to normal.

    Maybe that will solve your Problem as well :/
