Perma banned without reason and unable to appeal

My account was banned one day i dont know when i havent had time to play eso and when i went to log in i was given the message of being permabanned so i tried again because I havent even been able to play to be able to do anything ageist the rule and still i wasnt aloud. I went on to make an appeal but it wont let me send it out, does anyone have any idea on why i cant appeal and not log in to my account

They wouldn't just ban u for no reason u had to of done something my guess is u scammed someone0
