Fix the player not found error when sending mail already? - XBOX ONE

Title pretty much says it..... why has this not been fixed. Gets tedious not being able to send certain people mail and have to either travel to them or travel to a guild bank to deposit it -.-
If you like, have been inspired by or agree with the threads I start, please take your time to check an option at the bottom of the post, thanks! :') ;)

    or worse what happens to me I type it all out name message ect or what have you and the whole message closes and have to restart minus items I had put in there... gets annoying lol

    Yeah I get that as well.

    I'm literally the only friend on my friends list who plays ESO on Xbox anymore with regularity because of things like this ZOS never bothered to fix.

    This was a game that was delayed a YEAR and STILL has issues like this post release unfixed and no time frame given for when it will.

    The work around is to open the gamertag profile and close it then go send it.
    It takes a second and is not ideal but it's a quick work around that fixes the error 100% of the time on Xbox.

    That actually worked. Annoying having to do that really when they should just fix the game.... but thanks all the same, greatly appreciated :)

    Not 100% of the time, a lot of the time all go to look at the gamercard and it says it doesn't exist also.

    The person I wanted to message in particular is a favourite on my friends list so I guess I'm lucky with that one!
