Does Necropotence drop in Veteran dungeons ?

I would like to know, if this set drops from bosses in Veteran dungeons. I googled it and it say, 'Drops from VR12 bosses'.
I thought, this set only drops in Trials and so far, nobody was able to answer this question.
Today I've received a green vr10 version in daily non-vet Spindleclutch.

The reason I'm asking, is because this set will become useless if it remains V12. But if it indeed drops in Veteran dungeons, then it will be available for V16 which would be awesome.

Only gold key dungeons count. Crypt of Hearts, Spindlecltuch, Banished Cells, Elden Hollow, Wayrest Sewers and Darkshade caverns. Everything else is not of importance. Auri-El is my lord,

I've received a very depressing message from someone who is 100% sure, that it does not drop in veteran dungeons
I hope he's just confused. My ray of light is, that there are 3 unbound Necropotence pieces in my inventory and I don't know, where I received them. Could be from trials but could as well come from Vet dungeons. I'm not sure.
My life would end if it's not available for vr16

Im not trying to get your hopes up Dracane but it could drop at v14, I got v14 Worm Cult and v14 Martial Knowledge from vet dungeons. Oh, and also a v16 shield of Agility from Bogdan hard-mode but thats another story.

I'm already hoping to get willpower somehow anyway. Everyone does. so this is no replacement for necropotetence, as I would use it either way.
I have to do some math at one point and compare a V16 set with necropotence and see how big the benefit of Necropotence is nowadays. With less Magicka, my pets hit like wet noodles (which they do anyway) but then it's worse. On the other hand, I'm not using the winged pet anymore. It's a waste of skill slots and only good if your target is served on a golden plate: Doesn't run away, no obstacles, does not cloak and ignores the pet.
So it's useless in the Imperial City and against more than 1 target.

Wisler89✭✭✭Did a little Engine Guardian farming and a few Gold Key daylies. And Vet White Gold Tower. And Prison and Tower normal. Old vet dungeons drop the old dungeon sets (wormcult, ebon, the jewelry+weapon sets) at v14. The new jewelry+weapon sets (Willpower, Agility, Endurance) drop at v16 (only weapons+shild for now, so don't know if rings/amulet can drop too). Prison and Tower normal can drop the new sets (overwhelming surge, scathing mage, ...) but only in v15 (correct me if I'm wrong here).
And it appears that (trial) weeklys still drop only v14 loot
so no alternatives (as bad as the would have been) for willpower/agility. Eclaire Farron, V16 Sorc
