Valor✭✭✭Breton, by far. Changed my NB from a stamblade to a Magicka build and got him 35k Magicka as compared to 28k Stamina. Cloak for days. Use it wisely.Miniskirt Enthusiast

I'd say high elf for the 9% regen, yeah the elemental bonus is useless for a nb, but that's one useless passive instead of 2 with he Breton. Keep in mind that regen gets better the more you stack while cost reduction actually gets worse with the more you stack0 -

Actually it is the other way around because reduction is additive as far as I know.0 -

WyldfireWyrm✭✭✭The best races for any magicka based class are Altmer, Breton and Dunmer. Altmer and Breton are the two best depending on the playstyle/role you're planning and who you listen to. Dunmer is in last place for magicka, but they are the best, in my opinion, if you think there is a chance you might switch to stamina later on because they have magicka and stamina benefits.0 -
