Unable to pick up undaunted quest

I do not have the letter for the undaunted enclave on this character and cannot pick up any quests. Anyone know where I can go to get this again? AD

right, you need to make sure you have joined the Undaunted in the first place, You can get that at your starter city.0 -

right, you need to make sure you have joined the Undaunted in the first place, You can get that at your starter city.
