Low FPS on D3D9 or Black Screen and Alt+F4 every 30 min on D3D11?

I had the bug where the game crashes and you get a black screen while the game still runs in the background. I did all the fixes possible and it turns out it is because of the renderer. So In order not to get random crashes of the game I made my renderer to D3D9. But with it I get arround 18 - 20 FPS instead of the usual 58 - 60 FPS on D3D11.

So now I am at an impasse.

I eighter play with non playeble FPS, or I have to alt+F4 the game every 30 minutes with my character dieing if the crash don't happen in a safe zone.

To answer the obvious questions.

Yes I have the latest drivers.
Yes I run the game as administrator directly from eso.exe
Yes I have connected customer support and they told me that D3D9 fixes the problem and I should send them some Game Consultant or something like this.

I don't know what to do anymore. This problem is since I got the game two weeks ago. I guess I wont be playing TESO *picking up a torch and joining the angry mob*

    Hey there @iliev.rumenb16_ESO,

Crashing can happen for a large variety of reasons, and a game consultant file is a huge help to our customer support team when trying to troubleshoot the issue. Instructions for retrieving a game consultant file can be found here. Our best suggestion is to reply to your current ticket with that information attached so they can continue to assist you on a one to one basis. Thanks so much for your patience!

I am still trying to fix it. I do what customer support suggests and the game is getting only worse. From having a black screen or low fps now the game freezes so badly I have to hard reset my laptop by holding the power button. I even had to delete Nvidia drivers from hidden folders in my windows/system folder and then installig drivers through safe mode. (WTF right?)

Thank god for 30 day free subscription with purchase. I will be billed on February 25, 2015 and I hope that the game is runing fine before that. I would love to have the chance to play it without having to deal with this before I get billed.

I haven't played the game as it should be played since I bought it. For now I have more problems with TESO than with Assassins Creed Unity - which is probably the worst game ever made. That is pretty low for any game.
