✭✭It scales all linear, so the forumla is:
Stamina gain = base value * base ultimate costs * max stamina
The base value is about 0.0015 for health and 0.00175 for magicka / stamina.
Side fact: This calculation does not work for batswarm. Batswarm provides less ressources than any other ultimate with the same base costs. Maybe that's intended because you can reduce the costs for batswarm further than any other ultimate, maybe it's just bugged.
