PvP Reward Crusader Set is tool tip error on 5 piece bonus?

Im assuming this is a tool tip error and would like to know how long the 5 piece set bonus is supposed to work. 0.3 of a second is worthless and makes this 5 piece set insta garbage. Its really just a trashy piece anyway and I don't think anyone wants to use garbage for pvp.

✭✭It is not a mistake. It increase the duration during you can dodge all single target attacks. If it was more it will be OP.Because I can!1 -

✭it enables you to perma rolldodge without the tiny window where you could have been hit (if perma dodging would still be possible)spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
