Healer's Habit Sash and Breeches

What level do these items cap to? I've looked at EVERY guild trader in Tamriel for the vet 14 versions and I've only been able to find the vet 13 versions of the Healer's Habit breeches and sash.

iainoflo✭V13 pieces drop in Dragonstar Arena in chests after each round and maybe at the end I don't know, haven't gotten that far.
V14 pieces drop in Veteran Dragonstar Arena.
The 14 versions are rarer and command a greater price for this reason, not as many people have been doing VDSA as normal DSA, plus the fact that the set drops in DSA are RNG, but I've noticed way more Footmans than Healers at V14 in Guild Stores.Edited by iainoflo on September 7, 2015 12:54PM0
