I don't claim to be better than anyone. But I AM proud of my build.

7/7 Heavy centered on stacking health recovery and weapon damage.
All dots with a defile debuff on tap, and an execute worked out now (Thanks Jack).
Build vid will come when I finish upgrading my darn gear....

I hope at least one person likes this! :no_mouth:

Ok.. be nice to know you are a DK before I clicked the link. Otherwise, skipped thru the vid. I saw a lot of combat and nothing about your build, which is what the title says. DId I miss much?
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

Title edited. Thanks Darl. It's a build teaser, not a build vid. which I DID say in the title FYI. Gave a brief decription below the vid.

Typically when I see "teaser" in the title of a post I expect to see a video that's 30 to 90 seconds long. Twelve minutes is not what I'd call a teaser, but the footage was pretty interesting. I'm curious to see the build video.

@Armitas I've been running health recovery builds since 1.6 dropped, haven't had a problem with disease at all, not sure if that's intended but it's been great for me.

@Poxheart I realize it was a bit long, but I'm an uncommon fellow. A teaser IMO is something that makes you eager in some way to see more. It's all relative to opinion though. Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it.

I tried out health recovery at the start of 1.6, but the damage was a little high back then for it to work really well. I've not had a chance to swap on that gear set in 1.7 though and pvp.. I do know I was very close to 4k health regen with my current setup.

Fun to watch. I'm curious as to why you have Coagulating Blood on your bar - does the 8% heal also work on health regen?

health recovery is treated separately to healing unfortunately!

@Xsorus In this cyrodil with %50 damage reduction, it's like I'm a king amongst peons. I highly recommend you try it out. I'm a redgaurd with 4k health regen, could pull almost 6k with an orc/nord. I use orgnum's scales.

@Tonturri Thanks! Unfortunately no it does not, but I use the combo: Igneous shield/coagulating blood/vigor. for a great burst heal over time with 38% healing bonus. when I'm in danger. it's also adds to my DK passive giving me 5% more health regen.

I actually don't like ogrums all that much, get a better benefit just taking multiple 2 piece bonuses. If I have time this week I'll probably try pvping with the setup I'm running, also have armor master setup I gotta try out. But yea with 50% reduction I might be able to stack it better and last longer.

I'm running a similar yet unoptimized build with Sorc. Around 3.4k HP regen and then Wrecking Blow spam with Crit Surge and 50% crit rating on top of Rally and Vigor means lots of incoming heals. If only I could crit damage shields.

Yeah, that health regen looks very very tanky with this patch. Clever use of molten armaments + heavy attack to keep your stam up + DOT stacking to suppress their self-heals.

@Xsorus Sounds cool, let me know what you find out, I'd love to theory craft with you sometime. @bananaramsey7 is my in game @name.

@Erock25 Sounds pretty mean! I went 2h for a bit and wrecking blow spam, was too clunky for my taste though. Dual wield DOT build is my favorite thus far.

@DisgracefulMind Thanks  I do have an obsession with finding the anti "meta". Although difficult, the chase is exciting.

@Ezareth Haha, indeed. The snare struggle was real. I've been considering a few options to alleviate that. Mobility is this builds true weak trait. But I use the steed stone for health recovery/movement speed. Maybe I'll try to play on that movement speed some more.

@Lord_Hev Hey Qaevir! Thanks for the compliments. It's been a rather fun build to play. My newest change is the use of molten armaments heavy attack- into a flying blade on low health targets for a nice execute combo.

Wrecking Blow took some getting used to with the new way heavy attacks cancel the animation but it's flowing pretty smooth now. The damage really spikes too with the WB and heavy attack hitting at the same time.

@WillhelmBlack Thank you! I've seen this as well. I believe that the rise in value of passive defenses has risen the value of semi-passive offense. Applying the DoTs allows me to put much more steady dmg pressure on my opponents, while being able to focus my attention on applying debuffs, CCs, etc.

I've taken a big notice on how a DoT build actually drains the opponent of resources quickly. This is huge in today's meta game, seeing as how high sustain builds are so easy to achieve.

Of course, these observations are purely my own, but I'd like to think I've some grasp on the pvp aspects of ESO.

    Hey Mr Patrick Scott,

I just saw your last youtube video and u just came up with something I was thinking about!

I started levelling a Orc DK (v3) for a Lifereg build and ago 6 days one of my guildmates told me about your channel and I really like what your doing there, great gameplay!
And now u came up with exactly the same Idea, I told my guildies that i want a set that will increase my weapon dmg "passively", so that Im able to stack more health regen.

What do you think about this idea:

5x Thornheart (I dont know if it proccs on Dot's, do u know this?)
5x Willows Path (tested it vs 5x Orgnums-Scale and for me it is much better thant Orgnums)
2x Mephalaw (Your Video is so awesome with that set!, or Valkyn Skoria)

All in 7 Heavy with 3x Lifereg Enchants and Tri-Reg-Food. In Vr1 I played with Ravager, 5x Willows, 2x Vampire Kiss and my stats were like:

    23k Health
    26k Stam

    ~3800 Life Reg Buffed
    ~ 1600 Stam Reg Buffed
    ~ 1100 Mag Reg Buffed
~ 2,9k weapon DMG with Ravager and Buff

On Vr16, as I said, i plan to change Ravager into Thorneheart, I hope it works with Dots^^

What do you think about this setup because u have clearly way more experience with lifereg build, I really love your build idea so far!
