Agreed it needs a lock mechanic like the one they originally wanted.

That mechanic is not just a random mechanic, it is used in Daoc since it's release and that's why Daoc frontiers are not broken. Eso need that mechanic too, ppl need to realize that.

Then you look at non vet and the fights are almost endless!! They went for the easy option when they should of looked at each skill individually and buffed/nerfed where it was necessary.
I'll give it time, but at the moment I can't see myself investing much more time into this game of it remains like this, which is depressing as I always intended to play it for its whole lifespan
