I recently decided to become a werewolf of heck of it, I realized that it not really that useful, true i am strong in ww form, but it takes so much ult 400 and the duration is short.

Any tips for a new werewolf?

Try levelling it up by killing Defenceless critters because you get 1 XP point for each enemy killed while in werewolf form no matter the level or strength. When you are high enough level then you can get the 'Dvour' passive (I think that's what it's called then you can increase your time in werewolf.

You become quite tanky and can do a lot of damage while in werewolf form.

If you're a build that focuses on stamina, weapon power, and weapon crit, WW form can be super strong. If you're not, then it's not really worth using in place of other ultimates. When you rank up the skill line you'll be able to buy passives that increase the time in WW form (as well as other passives & active skills that are required to really make WW strong).

One thing that's really worth noting is that the gear you have equipped does make a big difference to your WW form stats.

Still, many of us (most of us?) would prefer if the transformation mechanic was different.

As keybaud said once you get all your Werewolf Passives active and maxed you'll find you can enjoy your Werewolf Transformation more. Also Pounce has a morph that extends your time when you use it.

As a side note, the transformation goes down in cost by 25 points per level and will leave you with only (lol) a 300 point cost.

What, to 134 iirc? That requires the saviors hide set (33% reduction) and the powered stone passive.

Werewolves spend most of their time in human form anyway.

Even though I don't get the stam regen anymore, I still have all my non-vampire characters as werewolves. There is nothing lost, and you can at least share bites.

Without actually doing the math, that sounds about right. Of course, for that you have to be a sorcerer, and if you're focusing on WW that means you're a stamina sorcerer, and stamina sorcerers aren't exactly considered the best build... It could be a lot of fun though if what you're really interested is being a WW.

hmm thnx for the advice guys, i went to low level areas and got to level 8 just now. The skills themselves level very slow on low level areas so very hard to get the morphs. Maybe after I get to 10 ill go on high level areas.

I also have sth i dont understand in my buffs I have a lupinis sth seaside and counting down about a week, what does this do exactly after the timer runs out?

You can place the WW powers on your bar in human form to level them out of wolf forms better then in a big group where you can afford not having a useable power on your bar.

The best way to level the skills themselves is to put them on one (or both) of your normal bars (probably only a couple at a time so that you're not making things too difficult on yourself as you won't be able to actually use them on those bars), and make sure that they're on your active bar when you hand in quests. This way the XP will apply to those skills.

As far as lupinus goes, IIRC that's the effect you get when you're first infected - it gives you a week to do the WW quest to become a WW. As you've already done that, the count-down is now meaningless.

Ok one more thing guys, it still takes way too long to level up the WW skills on level 46 mobsm how does it calculate level ups, by xp point or by number of kills or what?

By exp, but they require a lot to level.

So the higher the level of the area I fight in, the faster ill level it up, regardless of my level? (meaning if i am vet lvl 1 and I fight level 46 will it be slower than a lvl 46 fighting lvl 46 mobs?)

Haven't played with exp for a while but iirc yes, higher leveled mobs within 5 levels of you will give more, but its been a while.
