Memory leak?

Looking at my task manager right now and ESO is at 1,868.1MB and my overall memory is at 61% because of it. I'm also getting extremely poor FPS everywhere I go (inside a building or out) along with the usual log out to the log in screen.
Is anyone else having this issue and is there any possible way to fix it?
