+10% gold bonus for eso members?

In the past before the patch when a mob dropped gold, or we turned in a quest we got an extra 10% gold. So let us say 100g dropped, we should then receive 110g. Tonight I was looking and I was getting exactly when the mobs dropped or the quest provided without any bonus. It is possible zeni just worked the bonus into what the mob drops, but I doubt that. Could a dev please confirm we are getting the bonus were paying for?

✭I've been wondering if it (ESO+ bonus) stacks with the fortune seeker passive or if it only calculates one or the other. I have no way of knowing because I've always had ESO+ and I don't see a difference with the fortune seeker passive.

delushin✭✭✭ESO plus doesnt fell like it gives any advantage of a huge nature ... at the most i would be a quarter in front of my questing buddy who didnt have it ... If u add rings and a scroll then ESO plus does help far more but thats all the other things as well.

✭✭✭✭✭It should be two individual calculations off the base gold, one for the passive and one for the plus.
100 gold x 0.10 = 10
100 gold x 0.50 = 50
100 + 50 + 10 = 160
I still haven't figured out what it does with odd numbers. Like, 37 gold would be 18.5 extra with the passive and 3.7 extra with ESO+. You can't get 59.2 gold, so does it round up to the next whole number or round down? Since I don't know what the original gold amount actually was, I can't be certain.signing off0 -

Caleum✭✭✭I have an update from Zenimax for anyone wondering. The gold bonus is now calculated before you loot. In the past if I looted 100g, I would receive 110g. Now you are just looting 110g, and not seeing any conversion. Hope this clarifies for anyone who was wondering about this like myself.0

Caleum✭✭✭Correct it did. However in the past you would get your gold drop and then a 10% bonus would be added. Now the bonus is calculated before the drop. I know this because I had an add-on which tracked how much gold I get. I.e. my character would pick up 20g from a mob, but 22g would be deposited into my inventory. Now post patch you would just receive 22g from the same mob.0

snackrat✭✭✭I'm not even sure how the extra gold is supposed to work. To items sell for 10% extra? Do 10% of the things have double value? Certainly if something is labelled as being worth 100g, it sells for 100g (not 110g).
Maybe it doesn't increase vour gold in general terms - maybe only gold dropped by mobs. (In which case, not as great as I'd have hoped...)0 -

No, the extra gold only comes from gold dropped from mobs and quest turn-ins. Items sold sell for what the item is worth.0
