Please do not nerf Bolt Escape

As a sorc, Bolt Escape is really my only way to get out of danger quickly. If I accidentally run into a zerg in PvP, I can just bolt out of it. If it were nerfed along with our shields we would become the weakest class in the game.

we tried to tell zenimax all the way back in beta 2+ years ago that they needed to remove classes - they refused

then we tried to tell them stop nerfing and start buffing the weaker classes and they yet again - they refused

I think they actually want people to fight instead of perma-block and dodge roll/bolt escape into the sunset. I see plenty of people actually doing that and don't really seem to have a problem using streak.

Explain how one person can fight a zerg. In fact make a video of you doing it and post it here. I'll wait patiently

bolt escape can still be used fine, but they've limited it to using it only when you really need it. I still find it works pretty well. If I'm trying to cast it every 2 seconds there is something very wrong. The only downside; I have no riding training so I used to bolt escape across the map because it was faster than my mount

What does this have to do with anything about the OP? I don't think any one person can fight a zerg. Everyone got brought down a peg. That's the point.

I find it funny bolt escape got nerfed when i can use other skills to outrun them on foot and for greater distances. I won't say what ones because it will get nerfed but everyone already knows what I'm saying if they played a bit.

You said they wanted us to fight. I asked you to show me you pulling it off. If you can't then why are you mentioning it?

In the imperial city bolt escape & Sorcs are just fine.

Yes BE got a crazy nerf that was over the top (Why the equivalent isnt added to cloak I'll never know)... but learn to adapt... you don't need to use it as much due to the terrain..... use the environment around you, you can bolt a couple of times, be around a corner and can then lose people if you want.

Because of the small spaces & terrain I've been using mines in combination with bolt to great effect... both as an escape tool when I need to, but also offensively.

Wait until the next update, when Bolt Escape will be replaced with "Stun Yourself," so less mobile folks can smack you easier.

It will last 6.5 seconds. But you won't.

There goading you into using boundless storm in combination with BE.

Honestly this isn't as bad as it seems though. They way they have crippled sorcerer survivability is of another reason but BE use you gonna want to use it in combat while you have boundless storm.

This means that Stamina sorcerer builds won't be bolting like bunnies endlessly.

No you can't, I just get on my guar and chase you down. It's a rare streaking sorc I can't catch. Don't think this needs nerfing either.

I mean, I don't think BE is bad where it is, but really not a good complaint, You know what other classes do when they run into a zerg? They die. (Except maybe NB)
