If anyone could answer any of this that would be great.
Does it reduce resistance to all spells contrary to the name but as the effect implies?
Does the morph that restores magic work for allies to or is it only for the caster?
Thanks in advance to anyone who knows and I know a lot of people think this skill is useless but I'm trying to answer these questions for a build I'm working on.

✭It's spell resist in general that is reduced so all spells, and it restores magicka for anyone hitting the affected target with elemental damage.Delta

Oh_Skrivva✭✭✭Yup @SienneYviete is absolutely correct about this. Weakness to elements is a awesome ability to have slotted if your attacks are elemental cause I barely go under 50% Mana on my sorcerer or fire dk toon on boss fights with that ability applied on target. I always run it during group dungeons unless someone else is or the healer in group does. **to all healers out there. Run elemental drain for group please** it benefits the group so much
