what is happening to nirncrux ?

I am in a guild which has invested quite a bit of gold into nirncrux and nirnhoned items . Is this material now worthless due to the nerfing it just received ? It seems to be no more useful than a diamond/ruby etc.

✭✭It should not be completely worthless, especially for those still doing trait research. You still have to get the trait with or without your own nirncrux from some one who know the traits. The spell resistance is increases the value on the armor piece it's placed on instead of the total of your spell resistance, which is confusing as to how the spell resistance will be affected on a weapon in the new patch.
Which leads me, as a console player, to the question.
Do weapons still add spell resistance after the new patch?0 -

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

It wasn't bugged. It did exactly what the tooltip said.1 -
Nirnhoned's Spell Resistance is/was working how it is/was described in the tooltip.
It is/was more effective then originally intended when applied to multiple sets of equipped.
Yes, the change is technically considered a nerf.
The new values that add Spell Resistance based on the items armor value still make Nirnhoned useful and effective, just not as useful and effective as prior to IC patch updates.1 -
