Why can't I pick up the daily vet pledge?

I do not currently have one but the arrow for the quest is not showing up... Why?

    Same problem here, tried to acquire pledge on multiple characters with no luck.

    Are you on console? Every once in a while the veteran pledge guy glitches and doesn't have one. It'll be back tomorrow...

    a post last week or so ZOS commented that no one would be able to get it for one day and that it would be resolved the next....seems every now and then certain pledges are unavailable due to some bugs.

    Thats is my take...I could be wrong
